🌠 If you’re ready to experience more embodied freedom 🦅 and aliveness, while deepening your connection to life, Ecstatic Dance may be for you. 🌟 Throughout history, people have practised some form of dance to alter our consciousness and connect with nature, others, and self. 🌍 The modern-day movement of Ecstatic Dance brings us back to our roots.

❤️ Ecstatic dance is freestyle dance - move however you wish - honour your body - dance with bare feet - no experience necessary - all ages, genders, cultures, sizes are welcome - respect yourself and one another - bring comfortable clothes to move in - bring water to drink - alcohol-free and recreational drug-free - safe and sacred space - let the music take you on a journey - see you on the dance floor!

We are Toronto’s leading weekly Ecstatic Dance community with nearly 1000 dances offered and counting founded by Julia Ray. Literally, tens of thousands have danced, healed and celebrated with us since our first dance in January 2006.

Join us for an uplifting evening of movement and heartfelt connection as we flow, express, and transform together as one human tribe. Dance like nobody is watching in a substance-free non-judgmental space for freedom and self-expression.
