BCPSEA is a full service employers' association and is the accredited bargaining agent for the province's 60 public boards of education, for unionized teaching and support staff in the British Columbia K-12 public education system. We provide a full range of human resource services with a focus on the development, coordination and facilitation of human resources best practices.

The  BCPSEA 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for January 29, 2026. The AGM will be held virtually by Zoom.

The 32nd Annual General Meeting of the British Columbia Public School Employers' Association is scheduled for January 29, 2026. The AGM will be held virtually with specialized assistance from Data on the Spot/Simply Voting.The AGM will address governance issues, including debate of any proposed resolutions and elections to the Board of Directors (staggered cycle by region), as well as emergent labour relations issues in the K-12 public education sector.Trustee RepresentativesEach board of education is represented by a Trustee Representative who must not be in a conflict of interest situation as defined by the association's bylaws. The Trustee Representative carries to vote of their board of education at the AGM. There is no fee for the Designated Voting Trustee Representative to attend.The registration fee is $50 plus GST for all attendees other than the Designated Voting Trustee Representative.
