What is a tree, and how does it work? Learn how trees make their own food and how they are part of the soil, air, and water cycles of the temperate rainforest. Discover how a diversity of trees and other plants creates habitat for local wildlife.Suitable for ages 6 and up.This virtual program will take place on Zoom. We will email a link to participants approximately an hour prior to the program. Contact ecocentre@dnv.org if you have any questions about registration or any technical issues on the day of the workshop.While this program is free, our suggested donation is $2 to help us continue to offer these amazing programs from the Ecology Centre! If you are a teacher, please note this is a public program for families.
