Do I need to bring props?

Just bring your yoga mat and blanket.All other props will be available

What if I've never practiced yoga nidra?

That's okay! It's new for many and I am here to guide you in this practice. Just show up and I'll lead the way

The yurt is located at a local residence. Parking is available on the street. Look for a wooden gate (should be open) and make your way through to the backyard where you will see the yurt.
