Tai chi is often described as "meditation in motion," slow and controlled movements contribute to overall mind and body health.

Relax the mind while moving through a slow and controlled series of movements and postures. Tai Chi is a great stress reliever that challenges the mind and the body. Although tai chi is slow and gentle and doesn’t leave you breathless, it addresses the key components of fitness — muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and, to a lesser degree, aerobic conditioning.This class is open to adults. No equipment is required.Taichi Tuesday from 7pm to 8:15pm<ul><li>November 18, 25, </li><li>December 2, 9, 16, </li><li>January 6, 13, 20</li><li>$75 for 8 class</li><li>Drop in $10</li></ul>Please wear running shoes and comfy clothing and bring a refillable water bottle to class.Register below or contact programs@champlaincc.ca for in-person registration
