This is part of a webinar series held by the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) on O. Reg. 406/19 (On-Site and Excess Soil Management), providing an opportunity for MECP to share topic-specific information and for you to ask questions. The focus of this webinar is on Qualified Persons (QPs), including information on planning requirements such as assessment of past uses, sampling and analysis plans, and destination assessment reports. This session is geared towards QPs who are involved in excess soil management.The event will be held through Microsoft Teams. The link to the meeting will be sent through an Eventbrite email upon registration. You may also submit questions related to this topic through this registration form.
