In Nervous System SOS, we’ll explore how the nervous system responds under pressure — and what that means for stress, focus, and connection at work and in everyday life. Participants will learn to recognize their own stress patterns and explore simple, research-informed ways to support their nervous system and build resilience over time.No heavy science talk — just grounded, accessible insights that make sense in real life. Bio: Caitlin Oliver (she/they) is a nervous system-informed life coach and founder of <a href="https://www.caitlinoliver.com/" title="https://www.caitlinoliver.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Cosmic Beet Wellness</a><a href="https://www.caitlinoliver.com/" title="https://www.caitlinoliver.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">.</a> Through coaching, workshops, and EFT (tapping), they help individuals and teams understand and support their nervous systems so they can live, work, and connect in more sustainable and fulfilling ways.
