Listening That Goes Beyond Words

We’ve all had the experience of someone hearing us, but not really listening. And we’ve all felt the opposite, when someone is truly present and we feel seen.

This session isn’t about learning techniques, it’s about becoming aware of what happens when you bring your whole attention to another person.

Here’s what we’ll explore together:

- What shifts when the noise of distraction falls away.

- How curiosity changes the quality of listening.

- What it feels like when connection shows up through silence as much as words.

You don’t leave with a checklist. You leave with a felt sense of what listening can open in you, and between you and others.

Event details:

For people aged 16 and up.

Intermediate to Advanced level of English is required.

We ask that you please register ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
