Conversation & Connection Sessions - Authenticity
Overview
Speaking from Where You Really Are
We all know what it feels like when words don’t match what’s true inside, and we know the relief when they do.
This session isn’t about “finding your voice”, it’s about allowing yourself to be heard as you are.
Together, we’ll explore:
- The barriers that make us hide or perform
- What shifts when honesty meets presence
- How connection deepens when truth is spoken without effort
Authenticity doesn’t need polishing, it just needs permission and that’s what we practice here.
Event details:
For people aged 16 and up.
Intermediate to Advanced level of English is required.
We ask that you please register ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
