Conversation & Connection Sessions - Empathy

Conversation & Connection Sessions - Empathy

By Winston Yeung

Overview

Empathy shows up when we allow ourselves to feel with another person.

Empathy That Connects

Empathy isn’t about trying to understand, but rather about letting yourself be touched by what another person is experiencing.

This session is about stepping into that shared space and not losing yourself, but letting connection become the bridge.

We’ll explore:

- How listening with openness shifts the whole conversation

- Where compassion naturally arises when we stop trying to fix

- How boundaries and empathy can live together

Empathy isn’t something you do. It’s something you allow.

Event details:

For people aged 16 and up.

Intermediate to Advanced level of English is required.

We ask that you please register ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
