This New Year’s, The Royal reimagines the celebration with a lively, roaming experience inspired by the streets of modern Rome. In collaboration with The Department of Illumination, the hotel becomes a series of immersive moments—where food, music, and atmosphere unfold as you move.

Begin the night with a welcome cocktail before exploring abundant canapés and Roman-inspired food stations throughout the hotel. Expect cacio e pepe, fritti misti, porchetta, and other seasonal dishes that capture the spirit of Rome. A midnight toast with Hinterland bubbles completes the evening.
