Overview

Join GenNEXT for an evening of mixing, mingling, mindful art-making, and meaningful conversation.

Start the Year with Connection, Creativity, and a Moment to Breathe

Life moves fast for young professionals building their careers, juggling school, and balancing everything in between. Take a moment to pause, reconnect, and nurture your mental well-being with this meaningful Sip & Paint event!

Join GenNEXT for an evening of mixing, mingling, mindful art-making, and real conversation in Arcadia Brewing Co’s cozy private loft. Together, we’ll explore how gratitude practices — even simple ones — can support mental health and help you start the new year feeling grounded and refreshed.

Create Your Own Gratitude Mandala

Mandalas have been used for centuries as symbols of balance, wholeness, and reflection. At this event, you’ll design and paint a gratitude mandala — a calming, mindful process that helps you slow down, breathe deeply, and give shape to what you’re thankful for as the new year begins.

No experience needed. All supplies provided. Just bring yourself.

You’ll Learn:

  • The cultural history and symbolism behind mandalas
  • Techniques for creating grounded, balanced circular designs
  • How colour can express emotion, gratitude, and intention
  • Decorative linework using Sharpies and paint pens
  • How to complete a personal gratitude mandala you can take home

Throughout the workshop, you’ll be guided through simple grounding practices to help you reconnect and support your mental well-being.
