This session will help you decide whether to put your name forward. It will give you a clear understanding of Council's and a Councillor's roles and responsibilities. It will also give you information on the impact that the duties and responsibilities of public office will have on your life.

Nigel Bellchamber works with elected officials and senior staff all over the province, giving them essential tools to make effective decisions on behalf of their communities.

He began training members of council and heads of council on behalf of the Association of Municipalities of Ontario in 2002.

This is not a debate forum nor is it dealing with the technical aspects of running a campaign.
