Intimate Partner Violence 101 Community Information Session - St. Marys

Come to this session to learn the signs of IPV, how you can help someone, and connect with vital community resources on the spot.

Are you concerned about a loved one, friend or coworker? Do you worry that something isn't right in their relationship but you don't know how to help?

Join us at this FREE community information session about Intimate Partner Violence (IPV). During the session you will:

• Learn about different types of abuse that make up IPV
• Learn how to recognize the signs of IPV in your own or someone else's relationship
• Hear from survivor advocate, Sydney Touzel, who experienced an incident of IPV outside of Little Falls Public School in 2020
• Learn what to say to help support someone experiencing or perpetrating IPV
• Connect with local community resources and support programs
