• Connect with Holland Bloorview Bridging to Adulthood Team and a Family Leader to learn about what supports are available
• An introduction to the supports and resources that can best support your goals through your journey into adulthood
• Participate in a Q&A
• Sign up for other resources and/or supports if needed

Where? Virtually through Zoom Healthcare

*however we can meet with you on-site at Holland Bloorview as well.

When? Wednesday February 25, 2026 - 4:30 -5:30pm

Why? Thinking about the transition to adulthood can be stressful. There are supports out there but what are they, which ones apply to you? This event can introduce the various supports through the journey to adulthood and connect you with our team, or those in the community, who can help you take the next steps.
