Virtually through Zoom Healthcare*however we can meet with you on-site at Holland Bloorview as well.When? Wednesday March 25, 2026 - 4:30 -5:30pmWhy? Thinking about the transition to adulthood can be stressful. There are supports out there but what are they, which ones apply to you?
