The "Quit Naturally: Stop Smoking for Good with Hypnosis" event takes place on May 31, 2025 at 10:30am, offering a fresh and effective approach to smoking cessation.
Led by Helena Jehnichen, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Smoking Cessation Expert, who has personally helped over 750 people quit smoking in as little as one session.
This 60-minute workshop introduces participants to a natural, emotion-based method that targets the subconscious reasons behind smoking.
The approach combines the latest in mind-body techniques with real-time demonstrations and audience participation.

Doors open at 10:15 am and will close at 10:30 am. Take 15 minutes to get settled, grab a glass of water, a seat and then we will begin.
Workshop Presentation
During the workshop you will learn the truth about nicotine, tobacco and your smoking/vaping habit. Then you will experience several short guided hypnosis sessions to help you stop naturally for good.
