This has made it essential for collectives such as Black Women Connect Vancouver to bridge the gaps that have been created in the local black community, particularly among black women here.This kind of support will help you feel empowered, connected, and all while learning diverse information in the process. Join us at Sea2Sky Wellness Club for a deeply relaxing session designed to help you reset your body and mind!This gentle aerial yoga experience combines slow, supported movements with a soothing sound bath to release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space for rest and renewal.Whether you’re new to aerial yoga or returning for another float, this class offers a peaceful environment to reconnect with yourself.Note:<ul><li>Please wear workout clothing, leggings and a t-shirt.</li><li>Please bring water and no food minimum two hours prior the class.</li></ul>Spaces are limited — reserve your spot and treat yourself to an afternoon of calm, connection, and sound healing. 🌙**This event is for Black women and Black femmes**
