<h4>Session 3: Psychological Safety &amp; Mental Health for Women in High-Pressure, Field &amp; Office Environments</h4>Friday, March 13, 202612:00-1:30pmFocus:Explore psychological safety, harassment, intimidation, and violence in both office and field settings.Connect mental health, safety, and performance for women in consulting and construction.Topics may include:<ul><li>Experiences of harassment, intimidation, and fear on job sites and in offices</li><li>Reporting to HR / management: when it works, when it fails, and why trust breaks down</li><li>The impact of “just the way it is” cultures (yelling, aggressive behaviour, unsafe norms)</li><li>The emotional cost of constantly having to “prove yourself” or stay silent to stay safe</li><li>Unique stressors for women, including international recruits adapting to Canadian workplace culture</li></ul>
