My name is Clare and I am the founder of Ottawa Community Energy Healing!OCEH is a healing space where ALL are welcome.Everyone’s income is different and I recognize the need for energy healing services to be affordable & accessible. I aim to open the door wider so that more people can not only begin but also continue their healing journey.I will officially be opening up a clinic in Spring 2024 followed by beginning to offer events & workshops in the fall.For treatments & services, I will be using a sliding scale payment system based on before-tax household income in lieu of the more traditional set fee per session structure. I believe that every human deserves to be surrounded by love and support for healing regardless of financial or other difficult circumstances.In the meantime... I will be offering a smal number of exclusive events and services before officially launching in the spring and I invite you to join me. I look forward to meeting you soon ❤️

Each month, I offer a limited number of Sound Bath Sessions. In March we will honour the Worm Full Moon.The Worm Full Moon gets its name from the earthworms that come out when the soil warms up. It happens around the changing of the seasons, from winter to spring. The worms provide nourishment for birds and other animals coming out of hibernation in the Northern Hemisphere.The full moon symbolizes a time of completion and release. It can be a supportive time to pause and reflect on what feels no longer helpful in your life and intentionally let it go while also setting clear intentions for the month ahead.<h3>What is a Sound Bath?</h3>A sound bath is a guided, meditative experience where participants rest and listen to sound produced by various sacrd healing instruments. These may include singing bowls, gongs, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and the human voice.Rather than following a melody, the sounds are layered and sustained, creating a calming environment that supports deep connection, renewal, and nervous system regulation. Many people experience a sense of mental quiet, physical rest, and emotional release.<h3>Session Options</h3>You may choose from:<ul><li>Private Session for 1 person</li><li>Shared Session for 2 people</li></ul>Sessions are offered by exchange—you choose the amount that feels accessible to you. Suggested exchange:<ul><li>Private Session (1 person): $65</li><li>Shared Session (2 people): $55 ($27.50 per person)</li></ul>Optional Add-On: Oracle Card Reading (cash only)<ul><li>1 card: $10</li><li>3 cards: $15</li></ul><h3>Dates &amp; Times Available</h3><ul><li>Sunday March 1 at 2:15pm</li><li>Sunday March 1 at 3:45pm</li><li>Sunday March 1 at 5:15pm</li><li>Monday March 2 at 6:30pm</li><li>Monday March 2 at 8pm</li></ul><h3>Practical Details</h3>Sessions are held in Nepean at my home, near the Greenbank and Hunt Club intersection.
