Wills &amp; Estates:<ul><li>Writing Your Will: wills and estates, capacity, beneficiaries and dependents, making or updating your will, importance of creating a will in Canada, naming guardians and trustees to look after your children</li><li>Roles and Responsibilities: witnesses, guardians and trustees, executors, administrators</li><li>After Your Death: paying your debts, probate.</li><li>Possible Concerns: contesting a will, dying without a will.</li></ul>Powers of Attorney:<ul><li>Attorneys, writing a Power of Attorney, 3 types of power of attorney, preventing financial &amp; legal abuse, cancelling or changing Power of Attorney, and other considerations.</li></ul>Health Care Decisions:<ul><li>Healthcare rights, consent &amp; capacity, making a Health Care Directive, storing your Health Care Directive, the proxy’s role, substitute decision makers.</li></ul>
