Do I need a yoga mat?

We have a limited quantity of mats available to reserve on a by request basis if you do not have a mat of your own. Please email hello@sacredpassagehealing.com to reserve a mat for use. Attendees are asked to bring their own yoga mat, pillow, blanket &/or eye mask to make themselves comfortable.

Wear something loose and comfortable. Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Attendees are asked to bring their own yoga mat, pillow, blanket &/or eye mask to make themselves comfortable. We have a limited quantity of mats to reserve for use if you do not have a yoga mat of your own.
