What reservation times are available?

Doors to the C. L. Baker Room will open at 5:15pm. Guests can book their arrival for any time between 5:00pm and 9:30pm. A member of our events team will contact you to confirm your reservation time.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. We have a passenger elevator.

Question 3

What beverages will be available from the bar?

Accepted Answer

A variety of Red & White Wine and Prosecco by the glass or bottle, along with Spirits and Beer and Cocktail options. A wide variety of non-alcoholic beverages will also be available. Coffee/Tea is included.

Question 4

I have dietary restrictions. What are my options?

Accepted Answer

All dietary restrictions will be reviewed by our Executive Chef in advance of the event to ensure a suitable substitution can be provided. Substitutions will not be accepted during the event.

Question 5

Will I need to select my meal choices in advance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A member of our events team will reach out to you via the email you used to purchase your tickets to confirm your guest choices. Menu selections are required by 5:00pm on February 11th, 2026.

Question 6

Can groups attend this event?

Accepted Answer

Groups of up to 8 guests are welcome to make reservations.
