The reason isn’t a lack of ideas — it’s the gap between adoption and sustained behaviour. If your team is busy, cautious, or already “change-fatigued,” innovation won’t fail loudly… it will quietly stall. This workshop is a hands-on working session designed for business owners, managers, nonprofit and municipal leaders, and community innovators who need innovation to be repeatable — not dependent on one champion or one funding cycle. What you will DO during the workshop (not just learn) You’ll apply the workshop tools directly to your organization and leave with tangible outputs you can use immediately. What you’ll leave with (specific deliverables) By the end of the 4 hours, you will have: 1. A Fear → Friction Map for your organization Identify what’s really slowing adoption (time pressure, uncertainty, role risk, confidence, unclear purpose), and translate it into solvable “friction” you can reduce. 2. A “Leadership Language Swap” toolkit (scripts you can use immediately) Practical phrases and questions that create psychological safety and reduce resistance — so your team can speak honestly without fear of being punished for being candid. 3. A 7-Day Experiment Plan tailored to your business You’ll design one small, safe experiment you can run immediately after the workshop, including:<ul><li>clear hypothesis</li><li>small scope (what’s in / out)</li><li>one simple metric (time, quality, throughput, or confidence)</li><li>a decision rule (keep / tweak / stop)</li></ul>4. A lightweight Innovation Cadence you can run weekly A simple rhythm and checkpoint structure that keeps momentum without adding admin burden. 5. A simple “proof” approach (measurement without dashboards) How to track value in a way that leaders and teams can actually maintain — so innovation doesn’t die after the first burst of enthusiasm.
