Post-Valentine's Month Event: Shedding Shame in Intimacy
As we end out the month of love and intimacy, let's also shed off any s*x-based shame that we didn't ask for. Let's get back to self.
When: March 2026
Time: 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Who: Adults, Solo Participants
Where: Online
By the end of this workshop you will have spent real time challenging the shame and anxiety that show up in your intimate life, so that intimacy can be more about what you want and less about what you don't.
Why is it so common to shame people for what they like, or don't like. It seems like everyone has an opinion, and sometimes it can feel sort of impossible not to internalize these opinions. It can feel so incredibly hard to not see ourselves as weird, different, or judged because what we like or don't like doesn't match up to what society, religion, family, or the movies says it should.
Sometimes it's even a step beyond that. Sometimes we face setbacks and feel shamed for feeling icky about swapping body fluids. We might even feel self-conscious about our own scents and body parts. And in the end, this too ends up manifesting into more feelings of shame. So, how do we deal?
In this final segment of our Winter Intimacy Series , we'll hold space for a very personal journey that allows you to process your experiences in your own way. Join us - camera on or camera off - as we create a special virtual space to shed the shame that ins't yours, and find peace in a journey around intimacy that is allowed to be fully yours. We'll guide you through a mixture of embodied practices, outsider witnessing, and talk-therapy principles to support your venture through this.
Pricing Tiers:
Super early bird: $45
Early bird: $50
Standard: $55
Last Call: $60
