Agenda

Kick off the day by registering for the event and exploring a variety of vendor booths. Discover products and services ranging from local vendors to wellness gadgets designed to enhance your well-being. We'll start our speaking sessions at 10am with an intention setting practice with Ipek Williamson - Transformation Coach and Meditation Guide.

LUNCH/Vendor Hour

Enjoy an energizing session of power exercises with Crystal Kenny from Rush Fitness to ward off those lunch time energy dips.

Fitness Break

Learn about how important sleep and emotional wellbeing is during perimenopause and menopause with Dr Virginia South

Mental Health Session

A functional nutrition blueprint from Manjiri Nadkarni to optimize weight, restore focus and reclaim your energy during your peri/menopause journey.

The Menopause Metabolism Reset

Relax and flow through some gentle exercises with Ashley Smith from The Raven Heart.

Yoga Break

Join experienced psychotherapist and sex therapist, Liana Palmerio-McIvor as she explores how important sexual health is during our peri/menopause years.

Sexual Health

We will close out the day with a positive, mindful meditation session led by Ipek Williamson.
