No experience is required. The movement and meditation are all-level and designed to be accessible for everyone.

Is this event only for JUNO week attendees?

The majority of tickets are reserved for JUNO artists, industry, and media.
Only 15 tickets are available to the public.

Is the event complimentary?

JUNO week attendees may receive complimentary access. Public tickets are limited and subject to availability.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing you can move in. Yoga mats are provided and yours to take home after the event.

What kind of “wellness experience” is this?

Expect grounding yoga, guided meditation, immersive art + sound, light refreshments, and meaningful connection in an intimate gallery setting.

Will there be networking?

Connection happens naturally, but this is not a traditional networking event. The focus is presence, reset, and intention before JUNO week begins.

Yes. Professional photography will be present. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let a team member know upon arrival.
