Overview

Join us for a 90-minute tour of the Wilket Creek Ravine to discover the beauty and also the challenges of urban green spaces!

A 90-minute tour includes a guided walk through the Wilket Creek Ravine to discover the beauty and also the challenges faced by urban green spaces. You will enjoy a guided walk through the Toronto Botanical Garden and into Wilket Creek which connects to Toronto’s expansive ravine system. You’ll learn about the plants, history, wildlife, and ecological importance of Toronto’s wild spaces.

These tours are for individuals or small groups, with a maximum of 15 participants per tour. Tours will take place rain or shine, except in the case of dangerous or severe weather. Please wear appropriate clothing. In the case of dangerous or severe weather, your tour will be cancelled and a refund issued.

Please note the terrain is uneven in some areas, with steps and slopes.

Service pets welcome but we ask that you leave your pets at home during this program.


Registration (Plus applicable taxes and fees):

  • Adults $15
  • Students (12+)/Seniors (55+) $10

If the ticket price is a barrier, please email ProgramSupport@torontobotanicalgarden.ca to request a supported ticket.


Meeting Spot: When you arrive at the Toronto Botanical Garden, please meet your guide outside of the main building: The George and Kathy Dembroski Centre for Horticulture. If you do not see your guide, please check in at our Reception Desk in the Lobby.
