Held at The Space by Tova, this Group Sound Bath is a community offering for self-care and compassionate presence, lovingly supported by the tones of my Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.

We’ll slow the breath and allow the bowls to guide us into tender self-regard...soothing the body, quieting the mind, and creating space to meet yourself with kindness.

This gathering is simple and nourishing: arrive, get cozy, and receive. I weave the resonant tones of my Alchemy Crystal Bowls, often accompanied by soft singing, to help your nervous system settle and restore.

Come as you are, no prior experience needed.

Many guests leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected, especially to themselves.
