A morning devoted to warmth, receptivity and purification. Cha Dao Tea Ceremony + Wood Burning Sauna Expeirience.
We begin with Cha Dao, the Way of Tea - slow, intentional, and reverent — steeping together in a sanctuary of stillness at Coven Arts. This intimate ceremony is limited to 6 participants.
From there, we move into the elements of fire and water — heat and release.
In the outdoor sauna, we sit mindfully and sweat out the final shedding of the Year of the Snake, allowing the body to open, soften, and make space for what is ready to emerge.
