Eight hour certification program providing essential knowledge on how to handle, prepare and store food safely.
Two day program, 4 hours each day 10am-2pm with a 30min lunch break. Final 1.5 hours of class is dedicated to the test. Course books and certificate upon completion included in price. Light snacks and refreshments provided.
