What ingredients do I need?

Unbleached all purpose flour, water, salt, dry yeast (instant or other), extra virgin olive oil, 1 (796 ml) can whole San Marzano tomatoes, dried oregano, fresh basil leaves, and fresh mozzarella/bocconcini (or regular mozzarella).

What materials do I need to join this class?

Pizza stone/steel  and a pizza peel (or 2 pizza pans if you don't have a pizza stone/steel), dough scraper (optional), mixing bowl, kitchen scale (or measuring cups), measuring spoons and parchment paper.

What do I need to do to prepare for the class?

Accepted Answer

I will be teaching the easy no knead, overnight rise technique.  So the night before the class you will follow a simple video to mix together the flour, yeast, salt, extra virgin olive oil and water.  No kneading required! You will get access to the video when you register.
