In today’s complex work environments, the skilful handling of interpersonal and team dynamics has become a vital quality. Learning to nourish working relationships while directly engaging with difference, power, conflict and polarising issues is increasingly necessary to navigate group life. In this Foundations course you will learn to use the tools of Deep Democracy to:

  • Understand and assess difficult group dynamics;
  • Crack open and powerfully shift tensions that are holding back your work;
  • Skilfully steer discussions to support wise decision-making;
  • Transform conflict and frustration into authentic resolution and forward momentum.

The program consists of:

  • 2-day in-person sessions with our facilitators;
  • A safe and supported practice environment is created to hone your skills with coaching, teaching, and support;
  • Readings and homework.
