This is an online global support group.  You may well meet survivors from all over the world.

When are they?

The Peer Support Group is offered to accommodate people from around the globe. If this day and time of the week doesn't work for you, check out the other groups.   Please note the times list are all in Pacific Standard Time.

Cost:

$100 (+ fees) per 6-week group.  Some subsidies are available.    If you need to arrange a payment schedule please contact Bernadine directly.

Who is the Facilitator?

Bernadine Fox is a survivor of TAE, a mental health advocate (30+ yrs), a peer support worker and  author of "Coming to Voice: Surviving an Abusive Therapist".  She facilitates workshops for survivors and professionals on TAE.  Further information can be found at  www.comingtovoice.ca

Who can attend?

These support groups are for survivors of therapy abuse and exploitation ONLY.   There are therapist who have experienced this form of abuse and are welcome to join us but must do so a survivors and not as counsellors.  Partners and family members (2ndary victims) may also find group useful.

If you have any issues around accessibility, please let Bernadine know asap so that we can find a way to accommodate it given the technology that is available.

The workshop is held in English via zoom which has some capabilities to transcribe into other languages.
