I am aware that this experience may involve intense emotional release and physical sensations (including, but not limited to, tingling, dizziness, or temperature changes). I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether physical, emotional, or psychological.

By purchasing a ticket, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Kerri Single (Soil & Soul Intrinsic Wellness), Becky Lee (Soul Alchemy), and any assistants or venue owners from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands for personal injury, psychological distress, or property damage arising out of or accompanied by my participation in this event.
