This process supports the clearing of emotional residue, softening of protective armor, and restoration of compassion, insight and release both for self and others.This is not about bypassing pain.This is about meeting it with courage and compassion.The journey invites forgiveness not as condoning harm, but as liberation from the energetic weight of the past.Following the breathwork experience, you will be immersed in a restorative soundbath designed to support nervous system regulation, integration, and energetic coherence.
