Three-session applied workshop for CEOs and staff who prepare monitoring reports for Policy Governance boards.

Format
Each session will center on applied review of participant submissions, with practical guidance on interpretation, evidence, and compliance determinations.
Participants may submit multiple examples in advance (e.g., policies, interpretations, draft monitoring reports). Due to time, we may not review every submission live; selections will be made to maximize learning for the group. Submission details and deadlines will be provided upon registration.

Each session is designed for 75 minutes, with a 90-minute calendar block to allow flexibility if needed.
Prerequisite:
Participants should already be familiar with Policy Goverance principles. For those seeking a refresher, the Board EXCELerator online course would be helpful.
Registration Details
Fee: $795 CAD (Canadian participants) / $795 USD (U.S. participants)
An invoice will be issued after registration. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Registration Policy
A minimum of three registrations is required for the workshop to proceed. If the workshop does not proceed, payments will be fully refunded or credited toward another Brown Dog Consulting service or product.
Once the workshop is confirmed, registration fees are non-refundable. Recordings will be provided if a session is missed.
