Conversation & Connection: Practice Having Better Conversations
This session will help you notice how you show up in conversations.
Most people know what they want to say.
They just struggle to express it clearly in the moment.
You might:
- overthink your responses
- hold back what you really mean
- lose track of what the other person is saying
- leave conversations wishing you handled them differently
Conversation & Connection is a space to practice having better conversations.
This is not a lecture or a networking event.
It’s a guided, in-person experience where you’ll:
- engage in real conversations
- become aware of how you actually show up
- learn to listen, respond and express yourself more naturally
There are no scripts to memorize.
Instead, you’ll leave with a clearer awareness of your own patterns and how to shift them.
What to expect:
- simple guided exercises
- 1:1 and small group conversations
- reflection and light coaching
- a relaxed, supportive environment
Who this is for:
- anyone who wants to communicate more clearly
- people who feel stuck, awkward or unsure in conversations
- those who want to go beyond surface-level connection
Event details:
For people aged 16 and up.
Intermediate to Advanced level of English is required.
We ask that you please register ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
