Living with Grief-Adjusting to Life After Loss
Has someone important to you recently died? Are you surprised by your grief and wondering what is normal and how best to cope?
A one-time, interactive workshop covering the basics of grief and mourning, and ways to cope for those who are bereaved following the death of someone important to them. This is an education-focussed but interactive workshop that encourages sharing from participants while learning about different ideas around grief and mourning.
Although we will not be screening participants, we recommend that you give yourself at least one month after your loss before attending this workshop due to the potentially overwhelming nature of grief.
