This event highlights key changes proposed in ISO/DIS 9001:2025, expected for release in September 2026.

This session will provide an overview of the upcoming revision and help participants understand what the changes mean for organizations and their management systems. The objective is to clarify the evolution of the standard and provide practical guidance to facilitate preparation and adaptation.During this event, the following topics will be covered:<ul><li>The key changes introduced in the new version</li><li>The expected impact of these changes on organizations and their management systems</li><li>Practical steps to prepare for a smooth and effective transition</li><li>The anticipated transition timeline and key milestones</li></ul>By the end of the session, participants will have a clear understanding of the upcoming changes and will be better equipped to anticipate their implications. They will also be able to initiate the necessary actions within their organizations to prepare leadership and teams for a smooth and effective transition.

He specializes in improving productivity and quality through the application of LEAN principles, particularly Kaizen, and the implementation of effective Quality Management Systems aligned with the ISO 9001 framework.Throughout his career, he has led numerous Kaizen workshops and improvement initiatives in organizations across Canada, the United States, and Africa. His expertise includes simplifying, implementing, and optimizing Quality Management Systems to increase operational efficiency in both service and manufacturing environments.Marc is also actively involved in the evolution of the ISO 9001 standard and supports organizations in preparing for new revisions and transitions.Committed to knowledge transfer, he strongly believes in empowering people through education—coaching and teaching management, productivity, and continuous improvement concepts in universities, companies, and professional seminars. He is a certified auditor and serves as an instructor at École Polytechnique de Montréal and with BSI Group in Canada.
