Join us for a deep dive into the world of Mass Timber - where innovation meets creativity and sustainability

<h3>Designing with Mass Timber Innovation Performance and Workflow</h3> This session explores how mass timber modular systems and prefabricated wall assemblies are transforming building delivery through industrialized, offsite construction. Drawing on real-world project examples, the presentation will examine how standardized yet highly configurable mass timber components can accelerate schedules, improve quality control, and reduce on-site risk while meeting demanding structural, energy, and code requirements.Attendees will gain insight into how early design coordination, delegated design, and manufacturer-led integration enable optimized assemblies that combine structure, enclosure, and finishes into repeatable systems. The session will also address cost predictability, logistics and transportation constraints, carbon impacts, and the role of mass timber prefabrication in scaling affordable, high-performance housing and institutional buildings.

He is proficient in project estimation, coordination, and collaboration with contractors and subtrades. In his role as sales manager at KMT, he connects clients to mass timber solutions. Devin has successfully led teams in completing structural designs, procurement, logistics, and installation for mass timber and light wood frame structures. Known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, Devin thrives under pressure and fosters a collaborative work environment with strong communication abilities.Eri Uhthoff - Eri is an accomplished Construction Project Manager &amp; Architect with +8 years of experience. She has a uniqueblend of expertise in high energy efficiency and Mass Timber projects, merged with a passion for sustainablebuilding strategies. She holds a Master's in Renewable Energies Integration in Architecture and internationalexperience from top institutions in Europe and North America. Proficient in integrated digital project delivery andskilled in green building principles applied to the Mass Timber industry.
