Impact Film Festival (IFF) 2026 - Festival & Dinner at Apollo Cinema

Brought to you by Enviro-Stewards, with all funds received in support of Safe Water Social Ventures (an initiative of Enviro-Stewards).

We are excited to invite you to attend the 5th annual Impact Film Festival (IFF). The festival celebrates inspiring social ventures and philanthropic organizations by screening a curated list of short films.

The event will take place at the Apollo Cinema in Kitchener on November 12th and will begin at 6 pm with a Champion's Dinner hosted at the space of the Apollo Theatre. At 7:00 pm, we'll begin our film festival, also at the Apollo Theatre.

You are welcome to join us for dinner and the films or just for the film festival!

For those who are unable to join in-person, we'll be hosting a YouTube Livestream event of the film festival (link will be sent in an event reminder email closer to the event date).

For reference, over the course of a year, a donation of $10/month helps a family in East Africa purchase a water purifier that will provide safe drinking water for up to 25 years (and save that family about $1,000 in costs treating water related illnesses).

DINNER MEAL OPTIONS

The dinner meal choices have not yet been decided, but we will reach out to you through your sign-up email to confirm what dinner choice you would like, once we decide this later. We will have a vegetarian option as well as a meat option. We are considering having the yummy bibimbap meal option again, which was crafted by the Elmira Market Cafe for last year's event (a dish that consists of rice, a protein (beef or vegetarian) that are stirred thoroughly before eating & drizzled with a mild or hot sauce).
