Douglas College New Works Concert & Guitar Ensemble

Douglas College Performing Arts is the home of the music, theatre, stagecraft & events, and creative writing departments at Douglas College. It is also the home of the Amelia Douglas Gallery and the Laura C. Muir Theatre. Each year, DCPA produces a wide variety of performances, concerts, and exhibitions featuring students and professional artists from across Metro Vancouver.

Douglas College 2026 Spring Concert Series

The Douglas College Spring Concert Series celebrates the creativity and dedication of students and faculty from the Music Department through a vibrant lineup of live performances.

<p>The Douglas College Guitar Ensemble performs music from Spain, Latin America, and Great Britain, featuring works by Gaspar Sanz, Miguel Matamoros, and Aphex Twin. The second half of the concert features original compositions by students in the Douglas College music program.</p>
