She holds space for transformation & somatic release/embodiment practice at her clinic, retreats, and in festival settings. She is passionate about building community and pretty ecstatic to be bringing Ecstatic Dance to Orangeville!

It is a moving meditation that improves energy, stress resilience, circulation, and overall health.EMOTIONAL ALCHEMY QIGONG In this flow through the five elements, deepen your understanding of how energy moves in the body and learn to restore inner harmony by letting your body’s natural intelligence guide the process.
