She will provide arguments as to why a ‘food first’ approach is ideal, more so in the context of health-related trends and fads. </li><li>🔪 The Flavour: I'll show you how to turn humble beans, chickpeas, and lentils into crave-worthy meals. I'll share professional culinary tricks to build flavour, properly prep and cook pulses, and elevate your everyday plant-based cooking.</li><li>🍽️ The Feast: During the workshop you'll be cooking, learning and finally, enjoying the delicious results of your participation. </li></ul>Meet Your Guides:<ul><li>Daniela Ginta, MSc is a nutrition and menopause coach, and personal trainer. As a biochemist, she has a passion for translating complex scientific research into practical advice thus helping clients build healthy, sustainable habits for long-term health. Her approach to improving health is based on a ‘food first’ nutrition pattern and regular movement, including both strength training and cardiovascular fitness routines. </li><li>Alicia Graham is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of Canada and the chef and owner of Pickle &amp; Sprout, a local meal-prep and catering company.
