How many tickets do I need for my group?

Accepted Answer

Each ticket is valid per group, not per child. If you have two or more children, one ticket is enough.

What happens if I purchase multiple tickets from the same email address?

Only one ticket per email address will be granted entry.

When should I arrive for my time slot?

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

Will I have to wait in line?

There may still be a short wait, but it should not exceed 20 minutes.

Will there be activities while we wait?

Yes! We will have a coloring station to keep children entertained while they wait.

Will professional photography be provided?

Accepted Answer

We will not have professional photographers on-site, but our marketing team is happy to take photos of your group if you grant us permission to use your image on our social media.

Can I attend without a ticket?

Accepted Answer

Walk-ins may be possible, but entry is not guaranteed at this point.
