NN | Synced is a relaxed, immersive group meditation experience where we come together to slow down, tune in, and meditate — fully immersed and in sync.We’ll be using wireless headphones, which means once we begin, you’re free from outside distractions… no coughing neighbours, no sneezing surprises, no passing cars stealing the moment 😉 Just you, the meditation, and the shared group experience.

<h3>✨ What to Expect</h3>We’ll spend about 2 hours together, including:<ul><li>Time to arrive, settle in, and get comfortable</li><li>A short welcome and headphone orientation</li><li>A long, uninterrupted guided meditation experienced together</li><li>Gentle time afterward to re-orient and (optionally) share</li></ul>The meditation itself is approximately 71:38 minutes, including a brief introduction and the full guided experience.The meditation we’ll be experiencing is Synchronizing Your Energy to Love guided by <a href="" title="" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Dr. Joe Dispenza</a>.This is a shared meditation experience, not a class, workshop, or teaching. <h3>🌀 About the Meditation</h3>An advanced breathwork meditation where you tune into love, expand into joy, and connect with a new opportunity aligned with both—drawing it toward you through the heart. <h3>🧘‍♀️ What to Bring</h3>Please bring:<ul><li>A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on</li><li>A pillow and blanket (you’ll move between sitting and lying down during the meditation)</li><li>Comfortable clothing</li></ul>Headphones and equipment are provided.If you love the meditation and want to continue working with it afterward, it’s available directly from the original source. https://drjoedispenza.com/product-details/Synchronizing%20Your%20Energy%3A%20To%20Love%20(Advanced)
