Helen has been teaching yoga since 2013 and loves create a warm and welcoming environment for all of her students. Having first found yoga at a difficult time in her life, Helen quickly realized that the benfits of this practice go far beyond the physical. She loves being a teacher and is so excited to share this beautiful practice with anyone who wants to pull up a mat.

These fat positive yoga classes are for people who live in bigger bodies and want to explore yoga that is created with you and your body in mind. These classes also invite you to have a deeper and stronger relationship with your body, exactly as it is.

Join Fat+Happy Yoga in this beginner friendly workshop that invites you to focus on how you're expanding as we move into Summer. This fat positive workshop includes candlelight Yin Yoga &amp; Meditation, followed by tea, journaling and a discussion of how we want to expand and embrace the energy of Summer.
