Set against the serene backdrop of the Alberta Foothills, this Soil & Soul event is a curated journey designed to bring your nervous system back to its natural state of peace.

We begin with a powerful, down-regulating 9D Breathwork session, layered with a Dual Sound Bath and Reiki Integration Support. This potent combination is designed to clear mental clutter, release stored tension, and ground your energy. Infused with therapeutic Aromatherapy, this experience is your reset button for the soul.

Once you are centered and regulated, we invite you to explore our private holistic market. This isn't just a shopping trip; it’s a chance to collaborate and connect with practitioners specializing in diverse healing modalities. Whether you are curious about energy work or looking for the latest in biohacking and wellness products, you’ll find a supportive community ready to guide you.

Note on Payments: Please bring cash and credit, as some of our independent vendors may not be equipped with a mobile POS system.

Event Details

• Location: The Serene Foothills, AB (10 min SW of Calgary - exact location provided upon ticket purchase).
• Focus: Nervous system regulation, holistic education, and community connection (and market shopping!! eekk!).
• What to bring: Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, bolster(optional), water and lip chap. It is highly recommended to fast 2-4 hours before your breathwork session, although a small light snack up to 2 hour prior is okay.
• Notes: Please read and acknowlege the Contraindications and Liablity attached below prior to purchasing a ticket.
