Maps to Ecstasy ~ a 5Rhythms workshop with Lucia Horan

The 5Rhythms® is a powerful movement practice which guides participants to re-connect with their own innate body-knowledge, wellness, and wisdom. Joanne teaches 5Rhythms (Waves and Heartbeat maps) with a deep respect for the transformational nature of this practice, and for the unique discovery process of each participant. Her teaching is rooted in a lifelong engagement with her own personal work, as well as intensive study with Gabrielle Roth, Jonathan Horan, Kathy Altman, and  Andrea Juhan.
